Get really good at riding and landing to blind, then send a big unhooked back roll, getting your legs as high as possible
2
Half way through your rotation, when you are looking down at the water with your legs above you, pull the bar hard into your front hip.
3
Let go with your back hand and reverse the rotation by looking over your back shoulder. The higher you get your legs doing the backroll the easier it'll be to reverse the rotation.
4
Spot your landing and try to land a little on your toes by bending over at the waist to allow your arm to straighten. As you are learning this trick it'll be difficult to keep the bar close to you so make sure you bend right over and allow that arm to straighted without pulling you over.
5
Land going downwind with your arm around your back. If you are pointing too high there will be too much tension in the lines and you'll get pulled over your heelside edge- so zoom downwind and use that slack!
