Day 3: Moose Asian Championship

Posted March 16, 2017 by Kiteboard Tour Asia

Today opened everyone’s eyes to the new IKA Youth Olympic race format and it is safe to say it went down a storm. Close in racing and quick fire action was the order of the day as heat after heat played out in front of the eagar spectators.
Bearing in mind that this event is a test for the Youth Olympics, it is important to draw attention to the fleet of youths competing today, with rider ages ranging from 12-16. All eyes are on these guys as everyone’s attention turns towards the Olympic arena for 2018.
As the mid-afternoon racing came to a close KTA Freestyle X took centre stage, ensuring the excitement of the morning didn’t drop for a second. With a bunch of heats completed, the freestyle riders draw that little closer to that final podium.
